TENA-FILM HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE No. 2500-1 is designed for bearings on sintering pan conveyers, especially those whose housings do not have relief valves for venting. The grease is fortifies with additional oxidation inhibitor to provide long life and reduce coking and residue. The consistency of this grease provides good pumpability and lubricant feed into slow moving bearing races at high temperatures.

This grease is characterized by exceptional mechanical stability, very high load carrying ability, excellent resistance to water, oxidation and corrosion, as well as outstanding performance in high temperature applications.

This grease is a highly tenacious, corrosion resistant lubricant. Its high extreme pressure properties and its adhesive nature resist squeezing pressures of impact loads. This grease is a superior lubricant because of its stable gel structure in the presence of intense heat, moisture and severe mechanical shearing action, and its ability to provide a tenacious, long lasting high lubricity film on ALL metal surfaces.

This grease is designed as a cable lubricant for high and low temperatures. The grease is fortified with additional extreme pressure additives, oxidation inhibitors, and a metal deactivator to provide non-corrosive properties and long lubricant life at high temperatures. The consistency provides easy application to the cable without heating, while the no melt feature allows the grease to stay in place.
